Wedding preview | Estate Wedding | Bok Tower Gardens

Last weekend was one of those for the books. I had the privilege to be the wedding photographer for 2 different couples within my circle of friends. I guess I'm at that age where everyone is getting married or having babies. These back-to-back weddings were truly amazing and I can't wait to show you the rest of the photos.

Russell and Camara's wedding was held at this beautiful estate in Odessa surrounded by beautiful trees and amazing weather.

Yaniel and Asleigh's wedding took place at the picturesque Bok Tower Gardens. I always wanted to photograph a wedding here and I had the beautiful opportunity to that.

Off we go! 2nd Anniversary trip | Savannah, GA | October, 2014

I can't remember when it started, but I've had this fascination with learning about historic southern towns. I had the chance to visit St. Augustine a couple of years back, and of course, Savannah has to be in that list. I have been telling my wife for the longest time that I wanted to go. Finally, we found the person reason... our anniversary.

We rented a room through Airbnb, packed our bags, and headed to just north of the Florida border. Immediately upon arrival, I felt the Savannah atmosphere. Old trees lining the streets and historic houses everywhere.

We spent the day walking around the different squares and we even stumble into the Annual Folk Festival at Ellis Square. To be honest, I think we visited this square several times during the few days that we were there.

On Saturday morning, we did a walking tour that took us through several squares and we finished at Forsyth Park.

Visiting Michelle | Denver, CO | May 2014

It took me 5 months to finally get around these photos, but they're finally here. My wife and I had the chance to go visit a dear friend of us in Denver. She had gone there to get her Master's in Urban Planning and we had been looking forward toward this trip. Our friends Yaniel and Ashleigh tagged along for the trip. On our first day, shortly after arriving from the airport, we headed over to Colorado Springs to visit the Garden of the Gods. Being from Florida, any sign of mountains and rock formations were alluring to the eye. We were able to explore this park most of the afternoon and even caught a glimpse of a few deer running around the place.

She didn't know what was coming later...

The next day we visited Red Rocks Amphitheater  just outside of Denver. Again, the views were majestic and the venue is now in my bucket list of places to visit again. I would like to come back and see a concert here. Perfect venue!

As you might have noticed, we did a lot of hiking and walking during this trip. We took a short trip to Boulder, CO to hiked the Flat Irons. This was a whole day event going up the mountain and stopping often to take on the scenery.

Last but not least, we traveled a couple of hours through Estes Park into the Rocky Mountain National Park. This was a little bit of a harder hike. Higher altitude, snow still in the ground and a hungry stomach. We made it to the top of one of the trails where Yaniel had been wanting to proposed to Ashleigh. They are now engaged and I'm shooting their wedding. Win-win if you ask me :)
